And that's become my purpose — to share what worked for me, help other women build a Blueprint for a life they love, and feel peace, purpose and clarity—especially when you're starting over.

xoxo,
If you take only one thing away from everything I share, let it be this—You can learn to trust yourself (again). No matter what's happened in your past your intuition already has the answers. Learn to hear her if you want to become who you are meant to be—the answer is inside of YOU.
In 2017 I woke up in the middle of the night and realized if I wanted to stop starting over from scratch I needed to rebuild with what I already had.
This 3am revelation became my Blueprint—A series of notebooks I filled over the course of my 30s with notes: Realizations, practices, routines, and advice that became a strong foundation to rebuild on every time life threw changes my way. I stopped starting over from scratch, and started architecting a life I truly loved.
My superpower became helping women build their own Blueprint.
What started as posting on social media—about rebuilding your life by reclaiming your confidence—grew into speaking on stages, podcasts and television, launching Becoming HER (the course), and signing a book deal (still pinching myself over that one!). Building your Blueprint has become a movement that's helped tens of thousands of women reclaim themselves after big life changes—and I hope it can help you too.
We're saying yes to what lights us up, no to what drains us, wearing the good lipstick every day, and holding hope (always) for the future.
